Jason Corriere has been in the Real Estate and Construction Industry for over 10 years, bringing a wealth of knowledge and invaluable experience to Corriere Group, making him more than your typical real estate agent.

Some of my highlights

He began his real estate career at Birch Street Development as a Project Manager where he built over 10 $1 million plus spec and custom homes. He then helped develop the company warranty program as the Warranty Director before being promoted to Custom Home Sales Manager. Jason obtained his real estate license and in his role as the company’s sales manager, he oversaw and worked closely with over twenty custom home building clients from lot identification and purchase through architectural design, planning, permitting, design selection, construction and certificate of occupancy. Jason also has sold a multitude of luxury homes in some of Denver’s most premier neighborhoods.

After working with Birch Street Development for 6 years, Jason decided to explore other career opportunities and hung his real estate license at Coldwell Banker where he became a Top 10 Broker within the first year. Since then Jason has earned many sales awards helping clients with their Denver real estate needs. In 2013 he moved over to Keller Williams and formed Corriere Group where he continues to gain accolades from his work with clients buying and selling both residential and commercial real estate. In 2014 Jason was awarded the prestigious triple gold award from Keller Williams for his production in the state of Colorado.

Jason enjoys spending his off time with his wife and kids. They like to ride bikes and ski with a little soccer coaching on the side. Golfing, hunting, fishing and enjoying our great outdoors round out his spare time activities.

Susan brings 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing to Corriere Group. She has worked for Northwest Airlines, Northwest Airlines World Vacations/WorryFree Vacations and Summit Distributing. Susan has managed and owned a Wine Boutique in Castle Pines, Colorado and is the Founder of The Denver Entrepreneurs.

Traditionally relationships have always been regarded as an intangible aspect of business that has always been difficult to assess or manage. With Corriere Group, we believe that customer care is essential and relationships are key. As a Business Owner, Susan understands and knows the value of each client and will ensure a long lasting relationship.

Susan enjoys spending time with her family and traveling when opportunity allows.

Kathleen values the relationships she builds with each individual client. She proves this by working dynamically, diligently and ethically to look out for their needs. Kathleen is excited to help each client in their process of buying or selling their home, as well as helping to grow businesses with their commercial real estate needs.

Native of the Springs, Kathleen is one of 7 siblings. Graduated Mitchell High Class of ’85 then obtained her degree in International Relations from UC Santa Barbara. Having lived in Paris for six years, elle parle le français plus ou moins couramment.
